After you place your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging.

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days.

Through this site, I currently offer domestic UK shipping only.

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

All sales are final. Please note that I don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me at itstriplicated@gmail.com or using the contact button below, and I will do my best to make the situation right.

Delayed or Lost Packages*

Once your order is in the care of our postal elves, delivery times are out of my hands. If your package seems delayed or lost, please check your tracking info or with your local post office.  If your parcel is still undelivered I will start the insurance claim for your compensation. Feel free to contact me if you need help. 💌
